250ml/500ml/1000ml leather adhesive Ecostick® PF1820 1K water-based

Single-component, heat-curing polyurethane adhesive in water dispersion.

Suitable for applications requiring high-performance bonding: automotive industry, technical articles, technical footwear, as well as structural bonding of leather, textiles, synthetic leather, and plastics.

ECOSTICK® PF1820 1K is a heat-activatable one-component adhesive containing a latent reactive crosslinker. The crosslinking reaction begins at approximately 70 °C.
After drying, the adhesive film is no longer sticky, allowing storage of parts for later assembly (within 2 weeks) after heat activation.

Follow standard surface preparation methods for the materials to be bonded (sole, leather, etc.).
As a one-component adhesive:
• Apply ECOSTICK® PF1820 1K to both surfaces and let it dry until the adhesive film is transparent.
• Activate the adhesive by heat (the adhesive film should reach 70 °C).
• Immediately join the parts and press them together.

Final bond strength is achieved after about 48 hours.

Application methods: spray gun, roller coater, brush

50–150 g/m² depending on the material’s absorption properties

Processing temperature: room temperature, not below 16 °C.
Working time: 4–6 hours
Dilution: demineralized water

The adhesive may cause allergic reactions. Wear protective equipment during spraying to avoid inhaling fine particles.

• Activate the adhesive by heat (the adhesive film should reach 70 °C).
• Join immediately and press down.

Final bond strength after about 48 hours.

Hardener: Harter FI 1002A (2–6%)
